The neighborhood is calm; all of our properties in Pau are near parks and the city center. Pau is a commune overlooking the Pyrenees and capital of the department of Pyrénées-Atlantiques in the region of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France. Our spaces are an old building renovating into new and design spaces, each property has big common spaces, a big kitchen, a movie theater, a coworking space, and for some coliving, there are outdoor spaces. We mean modern amenities and state-of-the-art equipment. Each person needs to go through individual validation by the other housemates. The rent is calculated with an added 117 € fee per extra person in the room. The coliving space is open and there is no separate work area. Nevertheless, each room has its own desk if needed to work in a private space. Pau is located between the mountain and the sea, so if you are an outdoor lover you can spend your time wandering the beautiful surrounding nature.
