All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...). --------- The flatshare is ideally located in the "Gambetta" neighborhood, in the centre of Montpellier. Several public transports, restaurants, shops are available nearby. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is entirely equipped and is composed of a large kitchen with refrigerator, crockery, pans, toaster, kitchen ustensils, kettle, microwave… The accommodation also contains a clothes rack, a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron. You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: mop and bucket, bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, broom… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: electricity, water, housing insurance, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, household waste tax. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. --------- Split into two by the Cours Gambetta which gives it its name, the Gambetta neighbourhood serves as gentle transition from the ancient part of Montpellier and the most recent one. This is the perfect location for this lovely room in a furnished flatshare. The construction of the tramway line radically changed the profile of the neighbourhood, which is today in full transformation. The modern buildings and the old one-storey houses often have cosy hidden gardens – some small oasis of coolness and greenery during the summer time. The Clemenceau park is a pleasant place to live on a daily basis – sports addicts, hikers, outdoor readers will find their cup of tea here.
