Family nature lovers

I live in a house on the outskirts of Madrid with my children. The house is very well connected to the center of Madrid by bus or commuter train (5 minutes walk). It is located in a very quiet area with surrounding countryside and the town very close, ideal for university students who want to have a quiet study environment. The urbanization has its own paddle tennis court and gardens, we have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We really like animals and we have two cats. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Student room) with Private bathroom Single room for student with lots of light, use in bathrooms, overlooking the garden and cupboard with shelves and drawers, has desk. Capacity: 1 Rates: 180.00 Weekly / 530.00 Monthly House Rules: Smoking inside the house, only in the garden is not allowed. Reduces noise past midnight, please. Do not invite strangers home, if you want to invite someone must agree it before me. Enjoy your stay and is our home as you would your own Be careful with the consumption of water, gas and light, as if you were at home and takes care of the furniture and other household furnishings.
