Our home is located in the suburb of Revesby, South of Sydney. It’s just me and my husband in this house so we thought of accepting homestay students or travellers. There are rooms available. One room has double size bed and the other one has queen size bed, two rooms both are twin shared with two single beds. The house is immaculate, it's an open plan area. There's backyard with Alfresco. My husband and I love to play scrabble on our relaxing time. I love to cook while my husband loves gardening. Hosting or accommodating international students, travellers or working holiday visa holders became our enjoyment as we get to meet a lot of people from different countries in the world, learning a little bit of their languages and their cultures. The hardest and saddest part is when they’re already finished of their studies , when they’re already leaving Sydney and going back to their countries. We get so attached with each other. We started hosting since April of 2018. I assure you your stay here will be fantastic, comfortable, convenient and enjoyable. Please refer to all the reviews. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Yellow room ) with Shared bathroom This room has 2 single beds. It is next to balcony facing the street. It accommodates 2 people specifically international students. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Room B) with Shared bathroom This room has 2 single beds, with closet that can accommodate things for two people. It has one table and one chair and a lamp. Bed sheets and bed covers are available upon request. This room is next to the main bathroom. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly 3. Double Room (Green room) with Shared bathroom This room has a queen size bed that can accommodate two people. It has its own closet. It is clean and neat and comfortable. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly 4. Double Room (Room D) with Shared bathroom This room has two single beds with closet big enough for two persons. It is clean and comfortable. Bed sheets and bed covers are provided upon request. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly 5. Twin Room (Room E) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly 6. Twin Room (Room F) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly House Rules: Keep the room neat and tidy Turn off the light when not in use. No drinking spree Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Always clean after use. Keep the toilet and bathroom clean. Make sure to clean after use. No eating or bringing food in the bedroom is not allowed. When your trash bin is full it is your responsibility to throw in the red or yellow bin.
