leafy suburb but close to the city!

my husband and I have 3 sons, we have 3 sons who have left home. We are in the beautiful leafy upmarket suburb of Ashgrove, close to bus stop, bottle shop, restaurant, gym, doctor, dentist and more. we have a Queensland style house with a large swimming pool, we are only 5 KLM from the city and 4 from kelvin grove uni. I have 2 rooms, 1 with a double bed and a ensuite, the other with 2 king single beds and a shared bathroom. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Shared king single bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / 1920.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking or drinking. Please clean up after yourselves.
