Large designer apartment in the historic center of Malaga. The apartment is located on the third floor of a beautiful classical building, WITHOUT elevator. The building has been completely restored and renovated. The whole apartment is exterior so it has plenty of natural light. The living room is furnished with design and has a double sofa bed for two people. On the main floor where the living room is located, there are also two exterior bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 and the other with two single beds of 0.90 x 1.90. The kitchen and one of the complete bathrooms are also on the main floor and are equipped with everything you need. Climbing some stairs, inside the apartment, we reached the third bedroom with its own bathroom. This bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 and the bathroom en suite is modern and functional. Calderería Street is located right in the center of Málaga, in the old part of the city, a beautiful place where you can enjoy the countless cultural activities that Malaga offers, given its great historical and artistic heritage. The Thyssen Museum, the Picasso Museum and the other important museums are just a few steps from the apartment. Likewise, the Cathedral of Málaga is just a few minutes walk away, so you will never need public transport or a private vehicle to visit the monuments of the city. El edificio ha sido completamente restaurado y reformado. Todo el apartamento es exterior por lo que dispone de mucha luz natural. El salón está amueblado de diseño y dispone de un sofá-cama doble para dos personas. En la planta principal donde se ubica el salón, están también dos dormitorios exteriores, uno de ellos con cama de matrimonio de 1,50 x 2,00 y el otro con dos camas individuales de 0,90 x 1,90. La cocina y uno de los baños completos están también en la planta principal y está equipados con todo lo necesario. Subiendo unas escaleras, dentro del apartamento, llegamos al tercer dormitorio con su propio baño. Este dormitorio dispone de cama de matrimonio de 1,50 x 2,00 y el baño en suite es moderno y funcional. La calle Calderería está enclavada en pleno centro de Málaga, en la parte antigua de la ciudad, un lugar precioso donde disfrutar de las innumerables actividades culturales que ofrece Málaga, dado su gran patrimonio histórico y artístico. El Museo Thyssen, el Museo Picasso y el resto de museos importantes se encuentran a tan sólo unos pasos del apartamento. Igualmente la Catedral de Málaga está a pocos minutos caminando, por ello no necesitará nunca transporte público ni vehículo privado para visitar los monumentos de la ciudad.
