We live in just in the center of Barcelona, 2min away from Plaza Catalunya. There are two of us in total, so you'd be sharing the space with us. Very easygoing and friendly. It's a first floor apartment with a functioning kitchen and bathroom, and the room includes a balcony facing the street. Room(s): 1. Double Room (First floor Balcony Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: This is a shared space! No late night partying or bringing over strangers. No use of the kitchen past midnight (microwave OK) The general neighbourhood has a noise pollution regulation following 11pm (no loud speakers or active parties). It's important to respect that.
