Located in an excellent location right near the beach in a lively area, walking distance from the beach (1min), the nightclubs (5 mins), the park (15mins) and the Ramblas (20mins). A clean bedroom with one comfortable double bed. The rest of the apartment is shared with me. Clean towels are available. We have a fully equipped kitchen, an open living area and a balcony. The apartment has lots of light and it's clean. The bedroom is private. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. Kitchen appliances: fridge, freezer and oven. Bathroom: clean towels and hair dryer. Living room: cosy sit corner, dining table and balcony with ocean views. There are two bedrooms in total. No air conditioning but a ventilator is provided.
