Cosy Room in the Heart of the City

Welcome to my beautiful house in the heart of Barcelona! I am delighted to offer you a private room inside of my 2 bedroom apartment. You will find everything you need for your short stay in the city ( wifi, washing machine, kitchen, clean sheets and towels, light breakfast ) and if not so I will be more than willing to meet your requests. You will share the apartment with me only, and yes there is only one bathroom unfortunately! Please observe a few simple rules when being hosted in my cosy little house: - check-in from 2 pm and and check-out at 11.30 am max - late check-in after 11pm will be charged for an extra cost of 15 euros. - no extra guests allowed As for securing your booking, you are required to pay your staying ( via Paypal or any other bank methods ) upon confirmation .
