Cosy room in charming flat

Dear guests, We are a family from Barcelona. We live in the very hearth of the city with our daughter and our cat. We rent a huge and cosy room with a balcony and a gorgeous bathroom ( not ensuite, but for your use only ) in our maravellous flat. Our home is in the very hearth of Barcelona. The room is available for a single, a couple or families with one or two kids. Room is NOT available for 4 adults. You will enjoy privacity as the apartment is very big so we can't disturbe you and you don't see us if you don't need to. We accept guests over 28 years old. Younger guests must be accompanied by an adult. We rent our room monthly, but if you need it for few days, please contact us and we will inform you about prices and dates. Price for 2 adults and one or two kids is 130€ x night. Room(s): 1. Family Room (Blau room for 2 adults over 28 years old and 2 children (the room is NOT for 4 adults)) with Private bathroom Very large and cosy room for a couple. Very comfortable big bed, double sofa bed if you come with one or two kids. Baby little bed if needed. Balcony with street views. Bathroom is also huge, with bath and shower.Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Capacity: 4 Rates: 710.00 Weekly / 1380.00 Monthly House Rules: Guests under 28 not accompanied with an adult are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. Please don't make any noise after 22.00h. Guests not allowed. Price of the rent includes room and private bathroom, not use of kitchen and family places. You will have a little fridge and coffee facilities in the room, as well as plates, mugs, …The price includes weekly cleaning and change of towels and sheets.
