We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home. We do allow couples and friends to stay in selected rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Our contracts establish a time of at least 6 weeks from the check-out date (as long as you have made the request for refund of the deposit in the client area before that date) or from the date of the request for refund of the deposit (these terms are on the guest's contract).
