You get your own huge private terrace and your own room at the entrance of the apt . I live on the other side of the apt , so very private ! Also I work and am gone from 8 to 8 almost everyday including weekends! You won’t see me too much ! I have a cat… she is around the apartment but really doesn’t disturb . . So no one allergic to cats please ! Room(s): 1. Double Room (Terrace room ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No loud music after 9:30 pm. No parties ! Terrace is private and big , please allow my cat to enjoy the terrace during the day .
