We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Lugros combines standout dried plants and exposed natural elements with modern design to pay homage to grassland. Walk into this hidden paradise right in the middle of Gràcia. The neighborhood surrounding Lugros is unique in its own right with hipster-chic shops and internationally-inspired restaurants. Drawing on traditional charm while staying captivatingly contemporary, Lugros is the place to come home to. Lugros offers comfort and style within their 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Of the 3 bedrooms, guests will find 2 queen-sized beds and 1 twin bed. The primary bedroom, along with its queen size bed, also has a dedicated workstation and an ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms are comfortable in design and have plenty of storage space. The detached bathroom has classic Catalan tiles across the floor and into the shower. The open plan living room and kitchen benefits from light streaming in from the sun-drenched balcony. If it gets too hot in the summer, Lugros also has air conditioning in the living room for maximum comfort. The living room has a full entertainment system and is stylishly decorated with beautiful vases filled with dried grasses and clay plates, reminiscent of the grassland. Guests will also find a second dedicated workstation in the corner of the living room. Following the high, brick ceiling to the kitchen, guests will find tiled floors and ample space to prepare food in. Guests are welcome to enjoy their home cooked meal on the balcony or inside at the wooden table top. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. For freshness, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the living room. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
