Hello travelers! I rent two clean & cozy double rooms to 2-4 people in my apartment. The home environment is good, healthy, calm and safe. My apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona, ??very close to La Rambla, Plaza Catalunya, the Gothic Quarter and many other points of interest. 20 min walk from the beach. Very well connected by public transport. The building is renovated and has an elevator. On the floor I live alone in the third room. I have 2 lovely cats. They are calm and affectionate. The bed is comfortable, 135x190 cm. There are a spacious closet, small desk, chair and several shelves. The room is very quiet, the window overlooks a sunny interior patio. Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Double Room (Double room 2) with Shared bathroom Clean, comfortable and sunny room for 1-2 people. 8 m2. The bed is new, 120x200 cm (for 2 thin people). There are a spacious closet, desk, armchair and several shelves. The room is very quiet, the window overlooks a sunny interior patio. Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: - Check-in: from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. - Check-out: 11-12 a.m. - Children are not allowed. Adults only 18+ - People coming to party at night are not allowed (no excessive alcohol, no drugs). The atmosphere of the house is healthy and calm. - The kitchen can be used only for breakfast and dinner (minimal use). - Please keep the common areas clean and tidy: the bathroom, kitchen and dining room (leave everything as it was). - It is not allowed to invite other people to the apartment. - Please respect the rest of the neighbors and do not make noise in the apartment, nor in the common areas of the building (the portal, the stairs, the elevator). - Loss of keys for any reason = 100 euros.
