1 bedroom and private washroom *FEMALES ONLY*

We are family of two (my husband, myself and one cat Kiki ). We live in a single house , and my husband Marc is recently retired. We have two gardens both in front and backyard with BBQ next to the gazebo that we use as the outside living room for the summer time enjoyment. We have two porches for summertime alfresco relaxation. The walking distance to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Our two daughters have left home for the university . And they visit us once in a while. It takes about 15 min for the street car to and from down town Toronto. The access to highways is very convenient to travel to North, East or West of the Toronto. The room is a private bedroom and private washroom in the in-law suite in our basement level. The guest will have access to use the kitchen and laundry. They will make their own meals. Our interests are: music (we have a piano, a few guitars, and one ukele at home), we are active in exercising and cycling. There are many sport and exercise facilities near our house, swimming in the lake in the summer or swimming pool nearby, lots of shops and parks around. During the summer time, we have Jazz Festival in the last week of July annually. There are the city tennis courts, the beach long boardwalks, swimming at the beach, jogging trails, etc., We speak English and French in the house. My native language is Laotian (From Laos). My husband is from Montreal. We communicate with each other in English at home. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Private Bedroom with Private Bath ) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 800.00 Monthly House Rules: We allow the access to laundry - Weekend or after 6 pm once a week. The use of kitchen - 3 times per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) . Use the backyard BBQ on request during the summer time. No outside guest visit.
