Comfort in the Beaches

My husband and I have raised three children in this home, and we are now looking to share our Beaches house with others. The room is bright with a queen bed, a private bathroom with shower, and a separate room with a kitchenette and eating area. We live close to the subway and streetcar, and the lake and boardwalk is a 10 min walk through the neighbourhood. Our main floor living areas and backyard are available for use. We like to play the piano, sing, play tennis and go for long walks in our area. We also entertain friends on occasion. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bright One Bedroom) with Private bathroom A self contained unit built to accommodate quarantining for our last guest. Though it is in our basement, windows in all three rooms, including the bathroom so it is bright. The bedroom has a queen size bed with two closets for storage. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: 25% deposit for first month due upon booking. Remaining first monthly rent due upon arrival. Additional month's rent due on the day before the 1st of the month. Full refund of deposit if cancelled within 48 hours of booking, after which the deposit is nonrefundable. Quiet house at 10 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends. One guest welcome, but not overnight unless agreed. Guest must keep space tidy and clean at all times. We do not offer meals.
