Toronto Danforth Homestay is conveniently located only a 4m walk away from Woodbine Subway Station with only a 20 minute subway ride to downtown. The neighbourhood is very safe and family-friendly with lots of cafés, restaurants and parks nearby. We are close to "Greektown," "The Beaches" and "Little India" neighbourhoods. The house is modern with a full kitchen. The “Blue Room" has a pull out sofa bed, large window, and mirror closet. The spacious “Main Bedroom” ($150 more per month) features a queen bed, large mirror closet, desk, book cases, side tables and window opening on to front yard. I live on site in the basement suite and my son sometimes sleeps over. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Blue Room) with Shared bathroom That blue couch is a pull-out double bed. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: No overnight guests. Laundry is an additional charge. Rooms must be kept clean. Light cooking, meal prep only (no powerful smells, oil frying, etc.) and no kitchen access after 9pm. Quiet after 10pm.
