One double bedroom and one twin bedroom available with own bathroom and separate powder room. For short-term homestay only. Only one room will be rented at a time I.e. either the twin or double, Walk to Ocean Keys shopping centre, and bus stop, 2km from beach and 1km (20mins) to clarkson train stn (35mins. drive to Perth), walk to Parks in the estate. This is strictly a no smoking and drug free home, clean with polite and considerate values from hosts so would welcome the same from guests. Prefer a couple or females only. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Twin bedroom) with Private bathroom This is a twin bedroom with two single beds, one desk with lamp and a wardrobe. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly 2. Double Room (Double bedroom) with Private bathroom This is a double bedroom and has a wardrobe, desk&chair, bedside tables, ceiling fan and a spare chair. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Request guest to take short showers due to water shortages in W.A. No smoking guests only. Do not abuse the facilities/hospitality provided.
