We live in a big city with cultural center, aquatic center, sport activities, library, cinema, mall, nature... Triple Room (Paris Room) with Shared bathroom Your own room is for 1 to 3 guests / Extra for guest n°3 : 15€ (25€ during olympic games from jul 16th to sep 08th 2024 included) / Slippers and hydro alcoholic gel at your disposal / Others : on request Capacity: 3 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 899.00 Monthly House Rules: - Only a verified guest accepted : identity, e-mail, phone number... - Please notice that 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and full balance payment upon on your arrival. - 100% full payment required during the period of the Olympic and Paralympic Games - Money transfer charge is at your expense. - Cancellation policy : at least 15 days before arrival for less than 5 days stay and 30 days prior to arrival from 6 days stay to get 30% deposit refund. - Cancellation during your stay, the total remaining days are due. - 2 months in advance of any change for a full refund during the period of the Olympic and Paralympic Games => Minimum lenght of stay : 3 nights => Check-in : from 03:00 p.m => Check-out : before 11:00 a.m This is your home away from home and your own room during your stay. In order to keep the inside of our house in top condition, and offer optimal conditions, we do not allow : 1- to smoke inside the house. 2- to eat in the bedroom. 3- to make noise after 11:00 pm 4- to receive people inside the house.
