Close to TAFE

Room to rent in 3 bedroom townhouse in Cudgen. Only a few mins walk to the TAFE Bike available to ride. Electricity and internet within reason included. Only myself and daughter along with a small dog and cat. I work full time and my daughter at school. Meals can be provided if needed at an extra cost. Have a police working with children check and regularly have students. Room available until 30th of June.
