Furnished rooms are rented in a 3rd floor apartment, consisting of five rooms and common use of bathroom, WC and kitchen. Every room has access to balcony. There are refrigerator, washing machine for clothes, oven and cooking plates. The house is situated close to Agios Nicolaos metro station, near the center of the city. The price of a single room per month is 220,00 euros. The price of one double room per month is 180,00 euros per person. In these prices are included the common expenses (electricity, water, heating, internet). The rooms are rented to students (Erasmus etc).
