House is about 2 years old and in good condition. Must be a non-smoker, clean, tidy and considerate. Will suit person who is self-sufficient and enjoys a quiet household. The house is furnished and has all the essential household appliances. Room contains bed, built in wardrobe and desk. Utility and internet included in weekly price.
