The apartment, on the first floor (with elevator), has a big kitchen (with washer/dryer machine) and a bathroom to share. Sheets and towels are provided on request. Sorry no pets, no smokers, no couples. The price is 550e./month, expenses not included, deposit 1000e. Contract registered, from 1 to 18 months.
