Big room with queen size bed - Private bathroom

We are a family of three who provide a home stay service. We are looking for a female student to join our lovely home. We're professional couple with a beautiful kid. My husband is a Teacher and I'm a Graphic Designer myself. Our house is a new full brick house. We have one big queen-sized room for young female student who wants to stay with local family. We're in Bankstown area. Just 1min walk to the bus stop and 10min to the main train station. Our house is next to high school and very close to market and shopping centre. The rate for homestay is AU$250 per week including 3 meals and all other bills. Student will have unlimited access to telephone and internet. Room is fully furnished with queen bed, table, book case, and big built in wardrobe. The minimum rental is 4 weeks, and 2 weeks notice has to be given when you decide to move out.
