Room with a view!

We have a spare suite with a balcony and ocean view. We would like to rent it to a short stay serious adult student. Hours in this house are early to bed, early to rise and doors locked accordingly unless on occasion arranged otherwise. Please, bring what you need for your stay only, not a "storage unit". Have thoroughly enjoyed my international students and look forward to more. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room with a view) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1450.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking in house, outside only. No partying. No late night returns. Prepayment required with cancellation fee for no shows and no notification before 72 hours. 30 to 90 day stay requested. But will consider other. Student is responsible for cleaning room including sheet/towel launder and change, dust, vacuum, and wood polish if needed. Serious students only please. Local Amenities: Beach, Local Bus Stop
