Judy is a very young 70 years old. She speaks English. Judy is at home everyday. She is interested in sports, cooking, cinema, music, reading, photography, talking with friends, travel, computer/internet, foreign cultures, watching TV, gardening, the outdoors, board games, Karaoke, and pets. Charlie is also a very young 72 years old. He speaks English, and is a retired general contractor. Charlie is at home most of the time. He is interested in sports, BBQing, cinema, music, reading, foreign cultures, watching TV, the outdoors, cars, science,and pets. Judy and Charlie have no children living at home. It is a non-smoking residence; the guests are allowed to smoke outside. The following pets live at the house: dog indoor/outdoors. At Judy and Charlie 's guests can stay a minimum of 14 nights, and up to a maximum of 365 nights . We prefer international guests, and an age range from 20-35 YEARS OLD. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Our guests are usually students from all over the world who have come to San Diego to learn English as a second language...We also have many guests that come in the summer for semester breaks, or just to vacation, and enjoy all that San Diego has to offer..While in San Diego many of our guests also travel to Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas... We have been hosting guests for 30 years (since 1996) and have made many long lasting friendships expanding the entire globe..A very rewarding experience at it's best. Our 5 bedroom 4 bath home is situated in San Diego California 92106 in the community of Loma Portal/Point Loma. All of the rooms are built around a central courtyard with a fountain in the middle...Great for BBQ's, and relaxing...There is a rooftop deck for sun bathing..reading a book, or just chill. The distance to the city centre is 8.1km (5 miles). The next access point to public transport is directly across the street from our home. We are centrally located to all of the attractions in the city...Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, Little Italy, Downtown, Shopping Malls, all the beautiful beaches etc...There is a large supermarket, Starbucks, numerous eateries, movie theater, and a wonderful park within walking distance from our home... You will love San Diego...It is a beautiful city waiting to share it all with you.... Room(s): 1.
