HELLO! I live in a duplex with my mom and grandmother who will be moving out march 1st. I currently have one extra bedroom for rent and as of March 1st i will have two ! my kitchen and dinning room are connected and my living room is in a seperate room off of the two. With two couches a flat screen tv. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms and downstairs is a painted basment with couches, a rug and flat screen tv. Room(s): 1. Single Room (bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 220.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: you be polite respectful and you are free to eat whatever is in the house i just wont be out grocery shopping.
