We are a Christian couple, a Labrador, & 2 water turtles (outside)-Our home has a homestay bedroom for 1 person w/ Queen Bed, desk, small frig. 20" flat screen TV, & ceiling fan. Access to coffee/ tea bar. We are 20 minutes from the Civic Center, stadiums -Diamondback (spring training) & the Cardinals Arena, golf course, Disc Golf park, shopping, restaurants, theaters, 30 min CaveCreek, Phx Airport,1 hr -Bartlett/Pleasant lake, 1-1/2hr Sedona, 2 hr Flagstaff. Located close to the 101 & I-17, Local bus stop walking distance. Intranet included. We no longer have the studio, this is a single room with a shared bathroom. Room(s): 1. Single Room (guest room) with Shared bathroom Bedroom-decorated with a costal relaxing theme,flat screen TV, radio/CD, intranet, help yourself to the Coffee/Tea bar. Capacity: 1 Rates: 380.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Balance owed in cash at time of arrival. No pets allowed. ONLY hmsty guest allowed on premises. Check in time by 3 pm.
