Peaceful area in Miami

I live in a reservation area, its a very nice and quiet place, its next to Metro zoo, and we have amenities so close like walmart,chipotle etc just walking steps. One block from Turnpike and close to main schools as MDC kendall campus, UM(25 min) and FIU between others. Close to the Falls ( a beautiful mall with dining options). I like to have hosts for a longer time 5-6 months or longer no problem, because I'm busy working but I love to help them out and meet new people from different places is very nice and refreshing. I only host females, Its a 3 bed and 2.5 bath house so I rather prefer to keep only the ladies around. Thank you for understanding. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Walnut loft room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 220.00 Weekly / 850.00 Monthly House Rules: Guest can use the Laundry and the kitchen . Only females roomates. I provide a designated space for my guests on the fridge.Every body has their own fridge space with their name on it. They can cook it's ok, some light cooking . My only rule no walkins to Laundry and kitchen area after10:30 pm . Kitchen and laundry opens at 8:30am . Please always keep water & snacks in your room . I like to be respectful of others space all times. I like to be clean and organized. We are a certfied non smoking place, no smoke any kind.
