Spacious and tastefully maintained home in the desirable Community of the Hammocks ( Miami-Florida ), beautiful Hammocks Park and Lake..., beautiful view, quiet gated community. I live the house with my husband. Nice bedroom with a bathroom outside of the room. Lakeview with access to recreational activities Running, walking. Walking distance to shopping centers Walking distance to public transportation We speak mostly Spanish and also English, some french. Room(s): 1. Single Room (1 Bedroom) with Private bathroom The Bathroom is located outside from bedroom but exclusive to guest. Bedroom has beautiful lake view. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: We expect you take care of all the furniture, accessories, appliances, blinds, draperies etc, included in the room. pets, extra overnight guests or extreme noise is not permitted. The air condition temperature is set at 74F for all house. We cannot lower or increase it. We are not liable for any injury, theft or accident inside or outside our property during your stay.
