Affluent Town 30min to Manhattan

I live in this affluent community with my husband and college daughter in a newly-built 3 bedroom house, enjoying my suburb life as well as 24hrs convenience to Manhattan. Our home is located in Manhasset which is one of the saferest town in the country, only 30 mins from JFK and Laguardia Airport and its Just a 30 mins commute to Manhattan(the city) within 3mins walk to the LIRR (train station). Close to everything within 5min walking distance - coffee shop, restaurants, theatre, supermarket, shopping malls, library, post office, banks, school, etc. As a family we love meeting people from different country and culture background (and different cuisines!), and enjoying travel, skiing, tennis, going to the multiple beaches nearby and Broadway shows. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Bedroom on 1st floor) with Private bathroom This spacious double room on 1st floor with large windows is attached to the front deck with a perfect view for the sunset and garden. The antique piano which was recently refurbished works perfectly and feel free to use it! Capacity: 2 Rates: 700.00 Weekly / 2500.00 Monthly 2. Family Room (Family Bedroom) with Private bathroom This spacious room is in the basement with 4 windows to allow enough natural lights. Sleeps comfortably for 5 people. With its new Karaoke system and 100 inches screen, you can hold your own 'family party'! Maximum stay: 2weeks. Capacity: 5 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly 3. Double Room (Bedroom on 2nd floor) with Private bathroom This super spacious room with walk-in closet, hanging egg chair and customized dresser, desk and book shelf is a dream room for girls. Originally the 2nd master bedroom for our daughter, this room is for female only and maximum stay is two weeks. Capacity: 2 Rates: 800.00 Weekly / 3000.00 Monthly House Rules: Meals (full breakfast, lunch, dinner) in Asian and American style can be offered at additional cost - my husband used to be a chef at a five-star hotel before retirement! Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after! You may also use the entertainment room (with 100 inch screen), mini gym and laundry room! We can allow pets and free parking on the driveway with prior communication on details. Smoking is allowed but only outdoor! Please do not invite strangers into our home, if you would like to invite a friend over please discuss with us in advance. Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
