Double Room (Spring Antique Queen Room) with Private bathroom Carpet flooring, queen sized bed with two sets of windows for cross ventilation and light. Desk at the window. AC and ceiling fan. Shared guest bathroom for both guest rooms. Shower on first floor. Cable TV on first floor. Internet and Wi-Fi available. Capacity: 2 Rates: 396.90 Weekly / 1512.00 Monthly 2. Twin Room ( Autumn Vintage Room) with Private bathroom The Autumn Vintage room has a comfy Queen sized bed and a spacious couch with end tables and lamps. This room has a desk, AC, ceiling fan, two sets of windows, closet and draw space with hardwood floors. Cable TV, Internet and Wi-Fi available. Capacity: 2 Rates: 396.90 Weekly / 1512.00 Monthly 3. Double Room (Classic Twin(s) Room) with Shared bathroom This bright room has 2 windows & can accommodate 1 or 2 guests/ 2 twin beds. . This room is on the 1st floor/ wooden floors, AC, 2 windows, a desk/chair & cable TV, next to a new full bathroom/ a walk in shower. Internet & Wi-Fi available. Capacity: 2 Rates: 340.20 Weekly / 1296.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking, no alcohol, no recreational drugs, no hair dying, no overnight guests, no parties. No food in room. Water ok. Small refrig available on second floor. Condition of room must remain the way you received it. Linens washed once a week. washer/dryer availabke $5 per load. If your plans change regarding returning to my home, I would appreciate notice, for your safety. This is optional!
