WE have a home that is at the end of quiet cul-de-sec in valley Glen.with a large yard with fruit trees . outdoor seating .room has hardwood floor ,queen bed ,small fridge for beverages, cable T.V& WiFi . It accommodates 2 people . It is a retreat for business and vacation travelers .safe ,and quite residential neighborhood of valley Glen. The room has a private entrance .private bathroom . with a shower . The room is professionally cleaned before each guest arrived . Also we are obligated by city of L.A. to collect a lodging tax of 14% . Please also note that we charge a cleaning fee of $60 per booking Room(s): 1.
