Hi, I'm Kenny my partner and I live in a brownstone in Brooklyn NY. We have a top floor apartment available. It has a full kitchen bathroom and sitting with tv, plus a large bedroom with a queen size bed. The space is very clean and well kept. Guest will have a private entrance with access to home gym and backyard. We live on a tree line block, accessible to transportation 24/7, stores and supermarkets within walking distance. Room(s): 1. Double Room (main room ) with Private bathroom This large bedroom has a queen size bed w/ table nite-stand three seat leather sofa w/ a small table at the side arm of sofa. Area rug 8x10, 50 inch smart tv mirror on wall with leather ottoman, lots of sun light, large windows. Such a lovely room. Capacity: 2 Rates: 525.00 Weekly / 2250.00 Monthly House Rules: Guests must clean up after them-selfs laundry room available if guest use their own detergent smoking room available, you can also use backyard for smoking. Rooms will be clean once a week by host, or at the request of guest. Guests can't have company over night, students can have a study friend over until 9pm on weekends. toilet paper will be provided to all guest. Payments must be made prior to check in or day after check in no cash will be accepted credit cards payments done through homestay.com and a 25% deposit required to secure bookings after approval by host. ALL guests must meet a verifying process to book with Classic Brownstone, you must have a photo email address government ID and phone number; This is for safety. Accommodation are the responsibility of host. and guest will take care of the space provided with respect and consideration.
