This beautifully renovated Chicago home, only steps from the train to downtown, is ideal for business travelers, groups, couples, and solo adventurers. Enjoy the peaceful Beverly / Morgan Park community away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet only one block from the Metra Rock Island Station -- a quick 25-minute train ride to downtown Chicago! Beverly boasts one of the country's largest historical districts, plus award-winning restaurants and classic Irish Pubs minutes away! Room(s): 1. Double Room (Bedroom 1) with Shared bathroom Room has full size bed with desk, chair & window with plenty of sunlight. Also has closet with door and ceiling fan. Wifi internet throughout home with a huge double lot back yard with fire pit, trampoline, garden benches to study & cooking grill. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 800.00 Monthly House Rules: No drugs No weed smoking in or around building premises. Not suitable for pets. No additional furniture bought into home Single occupancy unless approved by owner Check-in time is 2PM - 11PM. Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com). This 25% will be added to amount owed at checkin. We prefer payment by PayPal ( Email will be informed after confirming the booking online) or by with local USA bank accounts. Upon arrival: Full payment (minus any prior payment made) is required with cash, PayPal or zellepay. Any transaction fees due to PayPal is guest responsibly to pay host upon check in. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation before or upon arrival will not be refunded. Additional Info: I live on property.
