Room(s): 1. Single Room (Upstairs) with Private bathroom This room is a single room with a single bed for 1 person . No males. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 840.00 Monthly House Rules: - Please do not wear shoes in the house. - You are free to use the stove to prepare your meals, but please clean up after yourself, and never leave dirty dishes in the sink. - Please do not run down the stairs. - Clean your bathroom and make sure that you are not damaging any of the facilities. - No loud music or parties. Music and group gatherings should never disturb neighbors. - Please provide us with a way to contact you via cell or email. If you need help getting a phone during your stay here just let us know.
