Wonderful single bedroom w closet

We are a lovely family of 4, with 2 pet dogs. we've rented out our spare room in the past to college exchange students. they loved their experience here and we hope you do to. We're located in flatbush brooklyn in a nice pleasing neighborhood. the bedroom were providing is a nice size for a single person. the room includes a closet and cable TV. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Single bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: we please ask you do not smoke in our home. we'd like our guest to clean up after themselves. also most importantly our guest cannot have other people stay the night at our home.
