(Lower Manhattan). One hour from mid Manhattan. Average time from anywhere in city. One room has a separate semi private entrance, in a basement apartment 8ft high ceilings, 10*9ft shared kitchen and bath with one other. One room with a queen size bed , closet and dresser available. The second room is a bit smaller 9*8 with larger windows. Both have double beds. I'm a mother of two. I also have a multi-poo , she will not be in your living area.
