Large family home near Christchurch airport. Our family lives in a 4 bedroom double glazed house in Russley. The house is in the quiet and leafy suburb Russley, on the west side of Christchurch. Our family consist of me and my husband, Ala'a, and 2 boys, 15 and 21 years old. Our house has a double garage, and good size garden with a patio. The University of Canterbury, CCEL School, the airport, supermarkets, Bakery, Cafes, restaurants, banks and retail parks are all within 3 to 4km from the house, and can easily be accessed by buses, bicycle, or on foot. There are convenience shops and Fish&Chip shop within about 10 minutes walks from the house. Buses No.140 & 125 stops in front of our house and connect it with the airport, Ara, Westfield shopping centre, and Hornby retail park. Buses No. 130 stops on Woodbury road, which is 5 minutes walk from our house, and connect the house with the University and Hagley Park. The house is a 2-storey building with 2 shower rooms, one family bathroom and 3 toilets. There is a shower and toilet downstairs, next to the home stay bedroom. We have a kitchen, dining area, and lounge in an open space. We also have a study room downstairs. The double bedroom is located in the ground floor, and is carpeted, as shown in the photos. It has a good size (12.4m2) and a separate shower room. The room door opens on a corridor that leads to a separate shower room, a toilet, the dining/lounge/kitchen area, the laundry room, the garage, and the house main entrance. The room is warm and has a separate heater, a bed, a desk, Chest drawers , a chair, and Two-door built in wardrobe. The room can accommodate 1 to 2 persons. The room has nice views to our garden from its window and door on the patio, as shown in the photos. The room can accommodate two persons. Please ask the availability in advance if you would like to have an additional bed. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Garden View Room 1) with Private bathroom Large double bedroom on ground floor for 1 to 2 persons. It has a north facing window & east facing door that open on the patio, with great garden views. Additional bed can be added to the room so as to accommodate 2 persons. Capacity: 1 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: 1- Keep noise to minimum, especially between 11:00pm and 7:00am. 2- Please keep the home secured and lock the front door and garden door, when leaving the home. 3- Please do not invite strangers into our home. If you like to invite a friend over, just agree it with me in advance. 4- Unlimited Wi-fi is available. 5- No cigarette or alcohole in the house. 6- Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would treat your own home. Additional Info: 1- Pick-up service, prepared meals, and private shower room are available. 2- Please advise about your special dietary requirements, e.g. vegetarian or halaal food.
