Sunny room in Cool Brixton

A 2-bedroom ground floor flat in Brixton/Tulse Hill. Sharing with one other (me). The room for rent is a double room with comfortable bed, desk and small wardrobe. Brixton is a great area, loads to do: great cinema, market, bars, park, Yoga places, gyms, lido in park. It's got it all and it's only 15minutes to the tube and only 15minutes on the tube to Oxford Circus. I work from home and so am only happy to welcome guests who work or study out of the house. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Double room) with Shared bathroom This is the room for rent. You can use the kitchen and bathroom. Most of the time I use the living room, listening to the radio, studying and doing yoga. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: Please clean up after yourself!
