Student holiday homestay

We have a friendly family home in East London. It is very quiet, comfortable and safe place. It is 8 minutes walk to the nearest London District Line Underground Becontree station . The house is not pet friendly. English is spoken but we are a multilingual family and can converse in Mandarin as well. The house is traditional English semi-detached with lounge , dining room, 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms on two floors. The garden is great. We are non smokers. The location: It is close to Barking. It takes 19 minutes by District Line Underground to Queen Mary University; 22 minutes to Fenchurch Street; 29 minutes to Canary Wharf; 37 minutes to Liverpool Street. It takes 15 minutes by bus to the Elizabeth Train Line station. It also close to the supermarkets, post office, dry clearn shop, grocery shops and pharmacy. . Room(s): 1. Single Room (Double Bedroom ) with Shared bathroom This room is a large double room for 1 person. It is on thr ffirst floor, west facing, with a great view of the ffront street. Capacity: 1 Rates: 210.00 Weekly / 850.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Double Bedroom 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 210.00 Weekly / 850.00 Monthly House Rules: Check in time: preferably before 22:00 The guest is kindly reminded that this is a non smoking house.Party is not allowed. Host is allergic to pets hair and the guest who booked the room is the only one can stay, no family members, friends etc. could come to visit and stay. Shower and general washing, washing mashine use, cooking etc. should be done before 22:00 and after 7:00 to minimise the disturbing to others.
