Double ensuite room

I have a this room to let in my beautiful home. The house has been recently fully renovated and redecorated to a very high standard with new good quality fixtures and equipment through out. The house is gated and situated in a nice and quiet development purposely built for key workers. The room is ensuite with television, refrigerator and microwave oven but without any kitchen. The room should be as comfortable as a standard hotel room. Deposit of £50/guest is payable. Deposit and accommodation fees are payable to the property owner, within 48 hours of booking. This would ensure the property is refreshed and properly cleaned prior to your arrival Finally.....there is free Unlimited Wi-Fi. All bills Included and no hidden charges. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room1) with Ensuite bathroom Large double ensuite room on the ground floor. It is south facing with a beautiful garden view. Beddings provided but guest will have to bring their own towels. This is a bed only offer, breakfast is not included. Capacity: 2 Rates: 245.00 Weekly / 1050.00 Monthly House Rules: Only registered guest allowed in property. Full payment and Deposit of £50 required on arrival via bank transfer. Deposit to be refunded, subject to inspection on departure. Check-in between 1pm-9pm Check-out 11am Please follow the house rules upon arrival to reduce the risk of losing your deposit. No partying allowed. No smoking within our home, the Garden and the residential close. No cigarette remains to be dropped outside our home or in the garden. No visitors allowed to stay overnight or allowed to enter our home without express permission from the host. Due to allergies, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
