Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Maximum occupancy — This home can host up to 4 guests at any given time. Gender placement — No mixed-gender placements when female guests are present. Same-gender groups only. Age requirement — Minimum age 17. No smoking or vaping — Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside or outside the property. Respect & behaviour — Guests must behave respectfully and follow household instructions. Quiet hours — Quiet hours from 22:00–07:00. Continental breakfast — Only continental breakfast is provided. No cooked meals. Kitchen use — Kitchen use only at agreed times; must be cleaned immediately. Bathroom use — Bathroom must be left clean after every use. Visitors — No visitors or overnight guests allowed.
