Great for someone working in London as it’s essential that you’re out of the house Mon–Fri during the day (e.g. office-based work) due to my counselling business. Beautiful layout, garden, and quiet street near Parsons Green and the River Thames. You must be a non-smoker/vaper- this is non-negotiable and I do require a photo or short video introduction and completed Homestay profile. Ideal for one tidy, respectful, independent guest. Single Room (Double Room with Own Private Bathroom) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / 2000.00 Monthly House Rules: * This is a peaceful, respectful home — not suitable for parties, smoking/vaping, or recreational drugs (zero tolerance). * Strictly no overnight guests without prior agreement. * Please keep shared spaces tidy and clean up after yourself, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. * No shoes upstairs, please — feel free to bring slippers or socks. * The home is suitable for someone who is out during the weekdays (Mon–Fri), as I work from home in my counselling business. * Quiet hours: 10pm–7am — please be mindful of noise. * Please report any damages or maintenance issues promptly so they can be resolved quickly.
