A central location A simple home

I am a warm friendly person whose 18 year old son has begun his 1st year in University. I also have a very curious 4 year old cat. My home is a 15 minute walk to Parsons Green Tube, The River Thames is a minute walk, a large supermarket is a few minutes walk and also bus stops which have buses stopping frequently. My home is ideal for people who travel into central London often as Parsons Green Station (District line) is good for access to most train lines via Earls Court Station. This area is safe, I’ve never had any problems walking around here alone. There are pay as you ride bicycles points along this street also car parking which is pay by phone or the RingGo App. Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm free all day Sunday’s. If you enjoy taking walks there are 2 lovely parks close by. I have never received complaints from other companies I have host for as I maintain my home and also ensure that my guests who stay in my home feel comfortable and content. If you stay in my home you will get to know London – easy routes to central London and you will get a real feel for it as soon as you walk out the front door. If needed I’m here to answer all your questions and offer you support/guidance whether this is a social visit or studies. Room(s): 1. Spacious and clean Capacity: 2 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: I do not allow visitors but this hasn’t affected my guests in the past as there are several places to sit and meet nearby my home. No smoking permitted, if you smoke then you will need to go outside the building by the car park area. You will have your own kitchen cupboard and fridge space. You can use the microwave, kettle and toaster at any time. For guests staying more than 30 days you will have access to the whole kitchen to cook meals if you wish. You would also be required to pay 25% deposit in advance if staying for over 30 days. Please double lock front door always on exit with the key. When entering the home please turn knob to lock.
