I'm a theatre & film-maket. My partner is a theatre director. We are renting our bedroom in our 2 bed maisonette with a lovely garden in SE9 London. It's opposite a green field with a wonderful view of the city! And 10 mins walk from the Heritage site Eltham Palace. Please note: 1) we are renting the bedroom for 1 month in summer while we are away.
