You will stay in an exceptionally clean home, with fresh or new bed linens and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. You are also welcome to enjoy the internet and television during your stay. CHECK IN: 3.00 PM, CHECK OUT: 9.00 AM Early check-in is possible for £15-40(cash)depending on arrival time Late check-out may be available for £15–£40 depending on how long you’d like to stay. Laundry service is available upon request. £15 cash per load, which includes both washing and drying for one standard load of clothes. I kindly ask that shoes not be worn inside the apartment. Please remove your shoes at the entrance and place them in the designated area provided. Do not leave shoes in the hallway under any circumstances. Keep the kitchen clean at all times. Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher. When the dishwasher is full, we will run it. Additionally, since suitcase wheels and bags may carry dirt, bacteria, and viruses from outside environments, I will provide spray and wipes upon arrival for cleaning and disinfection. Please do not place suitcases or backpacks on the bed or sofa, as this helps prevent the spread of germs and possible viruses such as SARS-related viruses through contaminated surfaces. If possible, kindly disinfect your suitcase outside the door before entering. This helps us keep the rooms fresh, hygienic, and comfortable for every one . You can drop your luggage for £10 cash per suit case or bag before cheek in and check out if I will stay that day . As the weather is getting warmer, guests are welcome to enjoy the communal garden. It’s a great space to relax or even have a picnic. A separate key is available for access, and I’m happy to provide it at any time upon request. Please take good care when using the garden. There are two access gates on either side of the garden. Kindly make sure to follow the house rules and keep the area clean and respectful for others. Please turn off lights when not in use to save energy. To help maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene, please avoid leaving personal items like toothbrushes, brushes, and razors in the bathroom. We would appreciate it if you could keep them in your room. When checking out, kindly remove any leftover food from the fridge. Feel free to take it with you or throw it away. This is a quiet residential building, so please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings. Please don’t talk on the phone in the corridor of the building. If anyone in the building asks, you can simply say you are a guest of Hadi staying for a few days. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
