Before your arrival, please review the details below to help ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS * After confirmed booking request and deposit is paid, I’ll send you an agreement to sign. * All guests must provide a valid photo ID before check-in. * International guests are also required to show proof of their right to rent in the UK. PAYMENTS The remaining 75% balance can be securely paid via Wise, PayPal, or a similar service at least one day before arrival. Full payment is required before arrival to confirm your booking. Please note that the 75% balance is non-refundable if the guest cancels or decides to leave earlier. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations follow the host’s policy. All reservations are non-refundable if the guest cancels the booking, however you’re not required to stay for the entire reservation, should you wish to leave early. If you choose to renew your stay, you will be subject to the agreement under the Host’s policy. PAYMENTS * Payments can be made securely via Wise (or a similar service). * Full payment is required before arrival to complete your booking. CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE Check-in: * Cancellations follow Homestay’s official policy. * If you cancel at least 7 days before check-in, you do get your 25% deposit refunded (but not the booking fee). * If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you lose the deposit, and it goes to the host as compensation. AFTER Check-in: * Cancellations follow the host’s policy. * All reservations are non-refundable, however you’re not required to stay for the entire reservation, should you wish to leave early. * If you chose to renew your stay, you will be subject to the agreement under the Host’s policy. Home Guidelines: * The Host will be here to welcome you and show you around the home. Other arrangements to access the home will be made in the event that the host is unavailable. * Please remove shoes when entering the home. * Please respect quiet hours between 10:00pm-8:30am to maintain a peaceful environment. * Cleanliness is paramount in this home to ensure everyone’s comfort and wellbeing. * Guests are required to keep the house clean and to disinfect shared spaces after each use, including: * The bathroom: disinfect the bathtub, sink, and toilet after use. * The kitchen: disinfect work surfaces, appliances, and the sink after cooking or eating. * Hoovering your room and shared spaces on rota.
