A large, cosy loft conversion with double bed, en suite, sofa and desk which offers guests privacy. No pets. No smoking. No noise after 9pm. Transportation links are excellent. The house is located close to Waddon station which offer direct train links to London Bridge (25 mins) and London Victoria (35 mins). Journey time to London Gatwick (approx 30 mins). Frequent local bus and tram links to Croydon, Sutton and Wimbledon. Local amenities include a nearby gym, supermarket, restaurants and approximately 15 minutes walk to shopping facilities (Purley Way retail park, town centres). There are a number of very pleasant nearby parks. The homestay would suit a clean, quiet and respectful individual as this is a professional and busy household. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Attic conversion with en-suite ) with Ensuite bathroom A large room with double bed, for single occupancy. It is an airy and bright, south facing attic conversion with a view of the garden. Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 850.00 Monthly House Rules: Female homestay only. No pets. No smoking inside. No noise after 9pm. Our home must be kept secure. Doors and windows are to be locked when leaving the house. Kitchen use allowed but you must clean up and wash up after you have eaten. Homestay guests only. Do not bring strangers into our home. Please feel comfortable, but respect that this is a family home. We will provide help and discuss any requirements to ensure that the duration of your stay is as homely as possible.
