Our property offers a unique and amazing look built for your comfort. The three-story building, designed and built in the early 20th century by renowned local Rationalist architect Miguel Martín Fernández de la Torre, contains five guest rooms, a living room with workspace, a kitchen, a garden, a backyard, and a roof-top terrace overlooking the best part of the city. We are located in the heart of Las Palmas, steps away from the beach and the lively streets. Our coliving and workspace provide great comfort and a relaxed atmosphere for an outstanding community of remote workers and digital nomads. We offer a unique accommodation built for entrepreneurs and remote teams too. It is small and personal where everybody knows your name. We don´t mix guests in ithe rooms, but if you come with your couple or friend , thats totally fine with us as most rooms allow double use. Yes, all rooms are private, and many of them include desks inside. Also, the house is very large, so guests can distribute themselves among the different common areas for privacy. We don't hold a security deposit. No, we do not require a credit score. No, we do not accept any co-signers. Extending is not a problem. If you need to shorten you will receive a credit for future use. Good vibes and willingness to be part of the community. Currently pets are not allowed in our colivings There is workspace in many rooms, and several workspace areas indoors and outdoors. We host an international like minded group of remote workers with average age 33. Yes, we are flexible with check-in times , just coordinate it in advance with our team. Yes, the communal area is cleaned weekly. Gran Canaria is a miniature continent where you can do all kinds of activities except for snowboarding :) The airport is 30 minutes drive from Las Palmas and 50 minutes drive to Agaete ( El Cabo ) The public transportation works very well in Gran Canaria and is quite cheap. All of our coliving locations have great restaurants at walking distance. Yes all our coliving locations are in safe neighbourhoods. We have outdoor cameras to control access to the properties. We have a no-lock policy on the bedrooms except in our largest location in El Cabo. Yes, your belongings are safe. 1 month Very broad, mostly northern and eastern European, a growing number of Americans ( north & south). A smaller number of Asians. Yes, we have a community manager who takes care of the needs of the community members. Depending on which coliving you join there will be between 4 and 35 people in each location. We promote interaction between the different locations so the whole community is larger than the individual coliving communities. Yes, there are shared workspaces in each coliving, most of the rooms include private workspace, and all our colivers have free access to our Coworking space within walking distance.
